Delete Your Account & Data

Effective: May 1, 2026

You can permanently delete your Sanad account and all associated data directly from the app — no need to contact support.

From the app

1. Open the Sanad app and sign in.
2. Go to Me → Settings.
3. Scroll to the Danger Zone section.
4. Tap Delete account and confirm.
5. Confirm with Face ID / Touch ID / device PIN when prompted.

This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

• Your account, login credentials, and profile (CV, skills, preferences).
• Your job matches, saved jobs, and application history (including cover letters and tailored CVs generated for you).
• Any connected job-board / email integrations (OAuth tokens are revoked and removed).
• Billing identifiers linked to your account (subscription is cancelled — manage refunds via the App Store / Google Play if applicable).

No app access?

If you can't sign in, email [email protected] from the address on your account and we will delete your data within 30 days.
