Export Your Data

Effective: May 1, 2026

In line with GDPR Article 20 (data portability), you can download a complete copy of the personal data Sanad holds about you, directly from the app.

From the app

1. Open the Sanad app and sign in.
2. Go to Me → Settings.
3. Scroll to the Danger Zone section.
4. Tap Export my data.
5. Confirm with Face ID / Touch ID / device PIN when prompted.
6. A JSON file containing your data is saved to your device and opens automatically.

What's included

• Account details (name, email, account creation date).
• Your profile / CV data (career history, skills, education, preferences).
• Your job applications and their full status timelines.

No app access?

If you can't sign in, email [email protected] from the address on your account and we will send your data export within 30 days.
